AllMeds has released an update to your clinical content. New versions may add additional outline items,
change the text, move location of a particular outline item, or in some cases, remove an outline item entirely.
Status definitions:
New =These items will not affect existing stored outlines or information pulled forward from previous visits.
Changed = These items will not affect existing stored outlines but may change the wording of information pulled
forward from previous visits, but not the meaning. No action is necessary on your part.
Restructured = There is a high likelihood that the data from visits previous to this upgrade will not pull
forward to this area and the related stored outline will need to be rebuilt. You will want to print out the
summary of the stored outline before the upgrade to refer to when rebuilding these outlines.
