Anyone using, receiving (buying), or possessing the specified poisonous substances without a researcher license for the specified poisonous substances will be charged under the Poisonous and Poisonous and Deleterious Substances Control Law (Clause 3, Article 2)
Under this law, the specified poisonous substances are poisonous substances shown in Attached Table 3.
