3. HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION
May cause sensitisation by skin contact. Toxic to aquatic organisms, may causelong-term adverse effects in the aquatic environment. Possible risk of impaired fertility.
Possible risk of harm to the unborn child. Toxic to Reproductive Health Category 3.
4. FIRST AID MEASURES
Remove victim immediately from source of exposure. Move the exposed person tofresh air at once. Get medical attention.
DO NOT induce vomiting. Get medical attention immediately.
Remove affected person from source of contamination. Wash the skin immediately withsoap and water. Get medical attention if irritation persists after washing.
Rinse the eye with water immediately. Continue to rinse for at least 15 minutes and getmedical attention.
5. FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES
This material is not flammable. Use extinguishing media appropriate for surroundingfire.
Fire creates: Carbon monoxide (CO). Carbon dioxide (CO2).
6. ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES
SPILL CLEANUP METHODS:
Wear necessary protective equipment. Stop leak if possible without risk. DO NOTtouch spilled material! Runoff or release to sewer, waterway or ground is forbidden.
Inform Authorities if large amounts are involved. Absorb in vermiculite, dry sand orearth and place into containers. Flush area with plenty of water. Do not let washingdown water contaminate ponds or waterways.
7. HANDLING AND STORAGE
Avoid spilling, skin and eye contact. Provide good ventilation. Persons susceptible forallergic reactions should not handle this product.
Keep in cool, dry, ventilated storage and closed containers. Keep in original container.
Do not store in direct sunlight.
8. EXPOSURE CONTROLS AND PERSONAL PROTECTION

Provide adequate general and local exhaust ventilation.
No specific recommendation made, but respiratory protection must be used if thegeneral level exceeds the Occupational Exposure Level (OEL).
Protection against this substance requires special consideration. Use protective glovesmade of: Neoprene, nitrile, polyethylene or PVC. Use thin cotton gloves inside therubber gloves if allergy risk.
Use approved safety goggles or face shield.
Wear appropriate clothing to prevent any possibility of liquid contact and repeated or
prolonged vapour contact. Wear long-sleeved clothing.
HYGIENIC WORK PRACTICES:
DO NOT SMOKE IN WORK AREA! Wash at the end of each work shift and beforeeating, smoking and using the toilet. Wash promptly if skin becomes wet orcontaminated. Promptly remove any clothing that becomes contaminated. No eating ordrinking while working with this material.
