I have been involved in numerous scientific and research studies:
 Anecortave Acetate Risk Reduction trial (AART). Study no. C-02-60. Administration of posterior juxta-sclerosis for macular degeneration associated with age.  Fluocinolone Acetonide in Diabetic Macular Edema (FAME). Study no. 01-05-001. Intravitreal insertion for diabetic macular edema.  DEXPSDDS system. Study 20607-009-00. System for the sustained release of dexamethasone for post-occlusion macular edema of the retina's central vein.  Microplasmin for Vitreous Injection II (MIVI II). Study T6-MV-002, for the indication of posterior vitreous detachment for the treatment of diabetic macular edema. Pathology
 Difficult to diagnose pathologies such as corneal opacity, cataracts, pupillary  Tumours, serous choroidal detachment and exudative retinal detachment.  Traumas and intraocular foreign bodies.
