Hong Kong, 6 July, 2012 Tricor Group acquires UK Woodside Group companies Tricor Group (“Tricor”), a member of The Bank of East Asia Group, is pleased to announce its
acquisition of Woodside Group companies (“Woodside”) in the United Kingdom. The companies
include WOODSIDE SECRETARIES LIMITED (“WSL”), WOODSIDE CORPORATE SERVICES
LIMITED (“WCSL”) and WCS NOMINEES LIMITED (“WCS Nominees”).
Together, Woodside and Tricor Europe provide a comprehensive range of corporate administration
services to a wide client base, ranging from fully-listed public companies to small and medium sized
enterprises. These services include company secretarial, accounting, registrar, custodian, nominee,
Enterprise Investment Scheme (“EIS”) Fund administration and agent work for share or security offers.
WCSL has been regulated and authorized by The Financial Services Authority (“FSA”) to hold clients’
WCS Nominees acts as the registered holder for all investments of the EIS funds for which WCSL

Woodside was established in 1989 by Graham Urquhart. WSL’s primary activities are in company
secretarial, accounting, registrar and EIS administration. Although mainly tailored to the financial
services sector and its tax efficient products, it has clients in a diverse range of activities. It currently
