It focuses on high quality ingredients and aid in quicker recovery. Since it has no fillers, it mixes very well. The purity of this product is unmatched by any other protein product. Cyto-Sport Muscle Milk closely resembles a generic whey protein powder. I don’t expect to be amazed. However, I do like the fact that it closely resembles natural milk protein. The ingredients and absorption of this product will determine its value. Use: lean muscle mass, fat burning Effectiveness: With a blend of proteins, complex carbs, and essential fats, this product is effective if your goal is to burn fat and get lean. Points: 8 out of 20 Protein: This product only has 16 grams of protein per serving. It is a mixture of calcium an sodium caseinate, milk protein isolate, whey protein isolate, whey protein concentrate, whey peptides. This product can be taken pre or post workout. Points: 8 out of 20 Absorption: This product is designed after human mothers milk to make it easier to be digested and absorbed. It also has LeanLipids which is a mix of predigested, trans-fat free Medium Chain-Triglycerides which are more likely metabolized for muscle energy than stored as fat. Points: 8 out of 20 Ingredients: This product has many vitamins and minerals. It has only 150 calories per serving with dietary and soluble fiber to help in weight management. It has 8 grams of protein and 2 grams of sugar per serving. It does have L-glutamine and taurine to aid in the recovery speed. Points: 15 out of 20 Value for Money: Cyto Sport Muscle Milk costs around $50 at most stores for a 4.94 lb. tub. You can buy it in 20 individual packets for close to $35. This seems a little high for something that doesn’t deliver much protein. Points: 12 out of 20 Overall Rating: This product isn’t anything to write home to Mom about. It has very little protein and is definitely not a product to use to build massive muscle. This product is perfect for women or for men who aren’t looking to bulk up.
